1. Services Provided
Seamless Integration offers bookkeeping, payroll, automation, and administrative services to small businesses, contractors, and real estate professionals. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and timely financial information and supporting documents.

Responding to requests for clarification or additional documentation.

Reviewing reports and filings in a timely manner.
Failure to provide required information may delay services and affect reporting accuracy.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly or as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment is due within 5 days unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 3%.

Services may be paused for overdue accounts until payment is received.
4. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. All client information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent.
5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice of 7 days. Any outstanding work or unpaid fees will be settled prior to final termination.

6. Limitation of Liability
Seamless Integration will perform services with care and accuracy, but we are not responsible for:

Financial losses resulting from business decisions made without professional accounting or legal advice
